Cheryl is the principal of Epiphany Coaches Inc., a global executive coaching company, supporting executives worldwide in leadership and career development.

Epiphany Coaches has a long and strong track record of delivering innovative, results-focused coaching programs for high potentials through to senior leaders, around the globe for the past 16 years, accelerating business results with a 98% success rate. Epiphany delivers end to end coaching solutions that are scalable, affordable and measurable. To date, the global team of 30 coaches have coached thousands of leaders in over 70 countries and over 80 large scale coaching programs across a variety of organizations including Microsoft, LinkedIn, Twitter, HP and OpenText.

Cheryl brings 25 years of business experience and an enthusiasm for working with people. She is a certified professional coach and has personally coached over a thousand leaders both individually and in workshops in over 50 countries. She co-authored the book, Roadmap to Success, sharing her company’s RQ Relationship Intelligence model that supports leaders to gain more influence and impact.

Prior to coaching, Cheryl spent 10 years at Microsoft Canada in roles including strategic initiatives, marketing management, research and sales. Cheryl received her Honours B.A. from the University of Waterloo and marketing training through the Schulich School of Business at York University and the Burke Research Institute.

Cheryl is a Forbes Council Coach, Learning Partner for McMaster University’s, DeGroote School of Business MARS Competition, and sponsor for Innovation Factory. She is the Past President of the Business Executives Organization, Bay Area Leadership Alumni and was the Founder of the Hamilton and Area Coaching Association.
