As President of InnerView, Chris and team have developed the breakthrough InFront platform, which applies market research processes to collect and analyze employee and partner perceptions of customer needs and company value proposition.
Chris shares his unique perspective as a teacher, speaker and author. He is an adjunct marketing professor at Villanova University (MBA) and is regularly published in outlets including Harvard Business Review, Forbes and Ad Age. Chris is a frequent keynote speaker and host/moderator for various trade and professional groups, and a popular guest on business podcasts, appearing on more than 50 shows.
He and his family live outside of Philadelphia and can usually be found outdoors, hiking, kayaking or pretending to play golf.
