Interview with Joshua Schwadron, CEO and Founder of Mighty – Personal Injury Disruptor

Joshua Schwadron is the CEO and Founder of Mighty, a legal tech startup that is fixing the personal injury system by helping people injured in an accident get the help they need to recover legally, physically, mentally and financially by putting their interests first. When he first began his career in PI, he was shocked by the lack of support given to those injured (especially given that 56% of Americans can’t come up with more than $1,000 in an emergency) in accidents – and the inequitable amount of money that flooded the pockets of the billboard lawyers meant to serve them. He found that stark disparity abhorrent, and it motivated him to come up with a fairer, more just alternative. That alternative is Mighty.

For Josh, the opportunity to not only fix a broken system but to genuinely help the most underserved and marginalized members of American society get back to normal after such a critically difficult moment in their lives is what inspires him to continue the fight against this industry that has been so resistant to change over the last five decades.
