Caron Ng, the 2023 WBEC-West WBE Stars is being honored for her perseverance and excellence through reinvention and innovation, despite the unprecedented challenges of recent years.

ABOUT Caron Ng, CEO of NU-SET

Caron Ng is CEO of NU-SET, the only Woman-owned global lock manufacturing division formed to digitally transform a third-generation business empire. Caron is a mom, mentor, and visionary leader changing the narrative of lock solutions.

She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley; Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Initiative Management & Education, UCLA Management Development for Entrepreneurs, Toyota Pilot Mentorship Program, USC Marshall School of Business Executive Education in Finance, Inner City Capital Group (ICCC) Executive Training Program, The WBENC-Tuck School of Business for Strategic Growth Program 1 & 2, Rutgers University Supply Chain Management. She graduated in June 2022 from Harvard Business School’s OPM program.

Caron mentors’ entrepreneurs and serves on the WBENC National Leadership Forum; Ambassador to the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business; the Board of Directors for YWCA Greater Los Angeles, Member of the White House Initiative on AANHPI Entrepreneurial Roundtable and the advisory team to the local community’s young adult groups. Her resilience success story is being taught in all the ICCC cohorts: The subject of Entrepreneurship – Pivoting Case Study 2021. She supports Guide Dog for the Blind, so the visually impaired can live independently and freely.
